BADMINTON

Badminton is a racquet sport played using racquets to hit a shuttlecock across a net. Although it may be played with larger teams, the most common forms of the game are "singles" (with one player per side) and "doubles" (with two players per side). Badminton is often played as a casual outdoor activity in a yard or on a beach; formal games are played on a rectangular indoor court. Points are scored by striking the shuttlecock with the racquet and landing it within the opposing side's half of the court. Playing badminton is one of my favourite hobbies, which makes me feel excited and turns my passion on. I started playing badminton since I was 19 years old. Why I am chasing for this sport is due to several reasons. The first reason is because my friend, she is a professional and skillful badminton player, who is a crucial person impacts my attitude on playing badminton. Taekwondo, (태권도) also spelled Taekwon-do or Tae Kwon Do, is a KOREAN MARTIAL ART. It combines combat and self-defense techniques with sport and exercise. GYEORUGI, a type of sparring, has been an Olympic event since 2000. It’s no secret that the TAEKWONDO KICK are what really makes it unique. In Korean, kicks are called “chagi,” and can be executed in a number of different ways. These include kicks at different heights, jump kicks, spin kicks, and combinations of these.
